Twitches.

Had a relaxed day and haven't even felt worried today. Just trying no to let this one thing bring me down. The bridge of my nose keeps twitching off and on all day since this morning, and just above my right knee all day since this morning. Makes me wonder if multiple places twitching for this long can have to do with something serious?

The nose thing happens to me too! It's so annoying, it feels like I'm involuntarily scrunching my nose up. It has lasted a while for me too, then eventually goes away. Probably nothing serious :)

Nah, nothing serious. Many things can bring on a twitch....stress, being tired.....I started a new job once and my eyelid twitched for a week. Nothing serious.

I get the eyelid twitches sometimes...I just kinda ignore them now!

My eyelid twitched for a month strait so what do I do? I google it! And what does it say? It says I have MS which is what my mother died of at 53. So I freak out and go to eye doc who determines it is ........STRESS!! Finally once I stopped dwelling on it every second it went away. Which is always easier said than done.

i switch in my sleep only reason i know that was because one nite i twitched myself awake. but that was because i had to up my perotetine from 30 to 40, after my body ajusted the twitching stopped.

but i twitch if im way too worked up but thats like once a year.
