Feeling guilty

Feel guilty for calling off work I just can't deal with what I am feeling

Has anyone on their death bed ever said 'I really wish I had worked more!" Highly unlikely. You're sick. Get some rest. I'm sure your coworkers are thanking you for not exposing them to your cold. You did them a favor!

I am sure my co workers do appreciate it however my boss is not so forgiving or understanding she sometime gets it but other times she does get it so I will feel the wrath of her tomorrow

Hey, that's okay. I actually quit my job because of my anxiety. It just doesn't mix well. Having to deal with people while also feeling so anxious. Horrible, right?
You don't have to feel bad. Your anxiety isn't your fault.

I know but I have missed so much and only been working since aug I took a year and a half off to take care of my parents and grandmother. But since returning to work I have had the flu 3 times bronchitis 4 times and now vertigo which pushes my anxiety to the limits

I had a break down at work, luckily my boss was very understanding
