scared to argue with females & scared of falling out with them

Anyone else have this problem? I just don't know how to argue with women and always feel inferior to them when it happens then I lose my temper & shout then am labelled a lunatic/nutcase etc. This holds me back with girls.

I'm a female and I'm scared to argue with anyone especially at school because I'm scared ill embarrass myself. So when people are mean to me I just sit there. :/
