Hello to all! I am new and just wanted to take a moment to greet everyone. I have been struggling with Anxiety and frequent panic attacks for years. I have been on and off different medication, tried some counseling but not steadily and am just trying yet again to find a way to get through this tough time. Hopefully I can also be of some assistance to those here. Looking forward to browsing the different boards!
