Hi I'm Stephanie. I have suffered from anxiety since the age of 5 (I'm now 24), and suffered from depression from age 15-23-ish. I usually keep to myself and definitely do not do things like this. I figured why not try something new. At least here I can get advice from people who understand what I am going through! Hopefully this can help in a way. Look forward to talking with and meeting new people.

meditation is really tough to learn who has enxiety . Isn't it ? I have tried it but could not control over regular breathing and this is very essential for medication.

In hypnosis it's more about just listening rather than ur breathing if u have a iPhone or iPad there is some good apps that helped me
