Oh my gosh. Am I the only one who over thinks things CONSTANTLY? like, it's crazy. I will sit here and think on the same thing for hours..... Worrying/over-analyzing about things makes me miserable

I think we are trying to pinpoint exactly what it is that triggered or will trigger our anxiety. We try to look at all of the all of the possibilities and variables that did or could happen.

Im a over thinker and a like been in control of thing's. But lately I find myself not in control of thing's the way I think they should be and now I sit and look back on it and figure where did I go wrong why didn't it play out the way I plan or hope it will? But on the other hand it give me a sense of relief know I can loose control and still be ok with the out come. I just make sure I don't get depressed and feel guilty about not having the control.

I worry about one thing, that leads to another. Then I might get a tight chest, pain etc. Then I worry about that so the whole thing goes round and round. I cant stop thinking and its the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do at night. I just wish I didn't overthink about things.....

I know i shouldnt google but i have done many times. I find that i do it more when i have a new symptom. I know there is only going to be horror stories if i look but i just have to. Everyone tells me not to but i just do. I must say even though i have new health worries at the moment i have resisted to google. At the moment im not sleeping well and i wake up even if i move my arm or leg and straight away i start thinking , worrying. Then i cant get back to sleep.
