Struggling

I feel like i should be in a nuthouse. I cant eat fatty food without fear that im gunna have a heart attack..,have no control over my life atm...

Has anyone found it increasingly difficult to produce saliva and swallow particular foods also?... I hate this!

Have you had your cholesterol and BP checked? Maybe there is no cause for you to worry if all your bloodwork is in order.
