Hello guys im new on here , i just signed on today . i have an anxiety disorder and it started two years ago. I take anti anxiety meds. The meds have side affects but it does suppress my attacks to little as none. Prior to the meds i would have rapid heart beats, a fear of death like someone was out to kill me, and so on. I think its the worst feeling in the world. Hoping to make new friends . Thnx for reading
