I'm Natalie.... I am a senior in high school. I used to be a "semi-wild" child and then I got saved and I'm completely different and thankful and just all around blessed. With being saved I changed my whole self 360 degrees. The only negative thing this has came with is this anxiety thing! i have no Idea where it came from but it needs to go back! Lol I was diagnosed with hyperhydrosis, I get very very scared and uneasy if I'm in public an see someone who I know! I am mostly fine at school though. I get beyond nervous if I'm assigned a presentation, like sometime this week I have to get in front of the worst class I have ever had and present... I have thought about this at least 50 times each day of just plain dread! I am always paranoid that someone is talking about me to someone else, I constantly worry about my looks, I get tongue tied, and it's all based on what I think people think about me. And I'm pretty sure it's because I am stuck in the past and think everyone still sees me as "that" girl.... So please help guys. Please. Give me any info or story you have and help me overcome this. It's a daily struggle and frankly I just want to kick its butt! Lol thanks again!! :)

Hey natalie i have an anxiety disorder and its scary when it hits you. Perhaps you can see a doctor for your condition. I have, and i was perscribed an anti anxiety med to help curve my attacks . If you want to avoid meds ive read you'll have to face your fears or try to avoid at all cost what triggers your anxiety. Hope this helps. Ive been coping with my anxiety for 2 years now

This is a safe place to be. I have found it a warm and non-judgemental place to share every aspect of my recovery efforts. Welcome Nat.

Bajablue that is awesome to hear, and I'm super glad because people who don't have this disorder do not understand what you go through! They find it an annoyance and I'm done trying to express myself to those who don't listen!!
