Please, oh please let me fall back to sleep. I don't want to be awake in my reality at all today. I got woke up and now I'm stuck :( All my panic and mental pain is already in motion. Please just a few more hours of freedom..

Just do not overdue it. You should make it clear to those who may disturb your sleep using the word "I". I need to sleep until X time so that I can be at my best the next day, please respect that. Set your boundries.

When I sleep I notice my heart starts racing for no reason. Like I'm having a panic in my sleep. Any thoughts?

Blessed u are have a panic attack I get them like that too and I have to try and calm myself or pop my pills. Are you on any medication?

I often feel like this, by the end of the day, most of it feeling anxious, I'm very tired, and usually have no trouble in actually falling asleep, it's the waking up ridiculously early in the morning & then not getting back to sleep that I struggle with
