Everyone around these parts have been coming down with the flu. High temperatures, sore throats, coughing, nausea, etc. My doctor prescribed me a steroid, 'Z" pack, to knock it out before I got any worse. Because of my anxiety, today was supposed to be my third day into the prescription, I had to stop! My brain went into overtime, worrying about the side affects, and why it was making my stomach upset? If it was actually the drugs? So all of last night, I was awake, fighting the chest pains, fluttering, and tightness, worrying about the prescription drugs, prescribed by my doctor to knock out a strong cold??? Anyone else have this problem? How do you fight it?
