Will you guys pray for me and that I will overcome all this. I really want to so that when I'm normal again I can help others who are going through all this. I want to write a book specifically about the feedback loop between insomnia and panic one day.

Start documenting your experiences from today. It will really help you along and make writing the book easier in the near future.

I believe in God because without him who would I be able to blame my affliction on? Sorry, a little humor. Not sure how well it will be recieved but my prayer was said for you.

I slept!!!!

I was at the dr's to make sure I was breathing ok and they said I was fine. At that point I was so tired that when I got home I crashed.

I think ive been out off and on for 11 hours. May sleep more, not sure, im still a bit woozy.

But I slept!!! I hadn't had substantial sleep in eight days!!!! My God how thankful I am. Thank you guys!

GOD GIVES HIS HARDEST BATTLES TO HIS STRONGEST SOLDIERS. God will and always be here for us that believe. My prayers go out to all the soldiers here in this forum. Godbless
