No feeling the heartbeat

Has anyone got that feeling of no feeling your heartbeat , two days ago i was the car I was checking my heart n I couldn't feel it , I got into a panic attack is so scaryyyyy.

It's not just you, I had this around 4-5 days ago myself during a panic attack too. It wasn't the trigger, but it definitely exacerbated the problem because then I was concerned I was going to die or something equally dramatic at the time.

It's also surprising because it was the opposite of what I would expect. I would think panic would increase my heart rate and make it more noticeable... But I guess not.

That's my experience anyway and it's possible you're in the same situation, but obviously if you're concerned there is something going on there medically, you may want to go to a doctor just in case.

Yea that's exactly how I was feeling , and I been to the doctor n everything is fine , I use to get palps , now no much idk if I was use to them that when I don't feel them I kind of scare i was able to hear the beat , have you been to the doctor what did they say?

I did go to a doctor myself, but at the time I didn't think of mentioning this as I figured it was just a symptom of the attack. So, unfortunately I don't have any more insight there sorry.
