Common cold/Flu

Hey guys,

I've woke up this morning with common cold symptoms and am anxious about the impact this might have on my anxiety. I started to suffer hypochondria/headaches really bad mid last year and haven't had a cold since, so pretty worried. Interested in your experiences with anxiety and cold/flu's? Anybody take diazepam (Valium) and find it has a different effect when you're sick?

I always think about how anxious I'd be if I got sick. Common cold not so much but the flu is one I worry about. Guessing benzos would work all the same no matter what the situation is. Probably have to talk to pharmacist about taking them with other meds while you're sick.
