Headache

I have been experiencing a one sided headache. Im think it has to do with my tmj but it's still worrying me!!!

I too have had these in fact today was horrible I fet like someone was jabbing an ice pick behind my eye horrible feeling really I suffer with health anxiety so I always fear of a tumor or something else I do my meditation and drink lots of gator ade that helps me.

Jmar1116- it is horrible I fear so many things there is just no words to describe what I feel so many days of the week ..... The meds are helping but we just upped my meds so I have been suffering with the fatigue and headaches for almost a full week. I just took my meds and now having this rushing feeling in my chest it scares the crap out of me I wish it will all go way.

I've it the same thing it's rob goin for 12 days so far and comes on in the afternoon. There called tension headaches or cluster headaches!! I panic about my health too so your not alone

Health anxiety. Wish I could just get over it already. Doc appt in the morning. Looking forward to it but anxious too. Guaranteed panic
Attack while I'm there. Might take 2mg of Ativan before I go that way I can maybe be able to talk to the guy

Yep, every time I go to the Dr.'s office they try to put me on toprol because my blood pressure is high, then I explain to them that it's just from having to be there

Yes weary he was my new family doc and worked really well with me. Gonna try Atenenol for BP instead of the stuff I'm currently on. Said its great for BP and will also limit and weaken the adrenaline that gets released along with slowing my heart rate some. Sounds perfect for me.

Great news Jamus75 praying it works for you:) just remember if thing start getting weird call then right away you did awesome at your appointment so you know you can trust and feel safe with this dr

I'm sure my mind will play tricks on me and tell me something is wrong even though it probably isn't. I hope this pill works like he said it would. Scares me to start something new especially a beta blocker. Although I'm currently on BP meds it's a different class of drug and works differently. Fingers crossed. I'd rather not take anything at all but oh well it could be worse I guess.

Never worse just another stepping stone you can do this remember when I first joined the forum and was so afraid to take the new dosage of Zoloft and you and a few others supported me and helped me get through those first couple of days. So in return it is now my turn in supporting you and helping you get through the first do few days of the new meds. Remember to tell yourself he would not give me something that would hurt me, he is only trying to help me.
