If I get woke up or wake up before I'm suppose to I often get cold and shaky right after I get out of bed. Not sure if its BP going up or down or something else. Don't happen all the time but I get cold easier than I use to. I was always hot natured in the past and would sweat doing almost anything. Don't believe my weight is a factor seeing I'm 6'0 and 180 lbs.
