Can someone give me some tips of how overcome the fear I have to exercise , I always think something is gonna happen to me and I always feel out of breath I have always been.super active , I been out of sports for two months now , someone help ?

Just start slow and work your way up... If you're obsessing on your heart then maybe go to the doctors and have them give your heart a stress test with you jogging on a treadmill. It will not only show you that you can exercise, but show you that nothing's wrong with your heart. It shouldn't be scary since you'll be doing it at the doctors/hospitals and if something is going to happen to you at least you'll be around medical professionals.

Lol the thing is I already did the stress test but still feel scare , he told me exercise but idk how to do it , I feel weird before NY heart rate as super fast now is slower
