About two days ago I experienced one of the symptoms that I had previously been without. I felt the shortness of breath that I had always read about those with anxiety having. Wow is it scary! Nothing like adding another one to my already bad health anxiety. Fortunately after a while I was able to dismiss it as anxiety which made me worry a little less.
On a different note, I've been eager to see a new psychiatrist that came recommended by my regular doctor who I respect. Turns out he's not accepting new patients until June! Seems like a good sign if he's that much in demand but I am extremely frustrated that I have to wait that long for decent help. I'll be really upset if he's not worth the wait.
