Triad technique !!

So I just listened to this guy Ryan Riveria. He is the spokesperson for the Triad technique. Seems legit but I'm wondering if anyone has tried this or heard of it. Makes a lot of valid points but I'm weary of salespersons and speakers. They can influence people easily by saying the right things.
