Finally getting my eval done!

Finally found someone who can do my eval and recommend me to a doctor that will take the grant I'm getting. Its been a long time coming and I'm getting so nervous. I'm thinking about writing down a bunch of stuff and bringing it with and my mom is going to come in with me too. I just hope I can get this eval and get into a doc quick I'm starting to get more and more discouraged about this and more and more anxious thinking about worrying about it.

What can I expect from this eval?
Any tips for me? I've already been told to write down what I want to say, anything else?

Did my eval today, my mom went with and told them a little history before I talked.. it was really hard still. Got another appointment set up with her and an appointment with a doc for some meds next week. I hope this means that things are looking up
