First timer here

Hello everyone,

New to this forum thing so hope doing it right.

I have suffered on from depression and anxiety for the last ten years. Most recently had a new type of panic attack with started with pins and needles up my arms and travelling up my chest and neck. It was horrible. I hope by being a member here i will discover new ways of handling this.

It is great to see many like minded people here. Good to know there are people who understand. :)

Thanks Jessy. Yes very strange feeling isn't it. Hope it is only a temporary symptom.

Hello,

I have started to get pins and needles in my hands and feet. After this for a few months it spread to my tummy, legs, head and in the most random places. It got so bad I couldn't walk or touch things without being in agony. My doctor tested my vitamin B12 level, and found I was deficient - this explained why I had pins and needles so badly. I still have pins and needles with anxiety though.

If its really unbearably bad, maybe ask your doctor to check the level of your vitamin b12 x
