Sigh. I can't wrap my head around how I know in my head that when I go home I will be ok. If his is the case obviously nothing is wrong with. Why can't my brain tell my panic that??? I'm so upset that I have a to. Of things to do and I just wanna go home!! I'm panicy! Traffic freaks me out!

Just becasue the issue is "psychological" doesn't mean you aren't experiencing scary physiological symptoms that may be difficult to control. Give yourself a break; it's not a weakness, just something you'll have to learn to manage.
