Pressure Headaches!

I have been having pressure like headaches recently throughout the day but the pain increases when I laugh a lot or when I am talking on the phone or excreting myself. The pain seems to travel to the top of my head and my eyes feel very strained. Is this a symptom of anxiety or muscle strain?

I've been experiencing the same thing recently....and I know it's due to anxiety....just try to relax your facial muscles and massage your head and relax....it will pass....just have to cope while it's still there

I also get eye strain and headaches

I am really worried about this and I still feel it when i laugh a lot. I also feel hot flushes when this happens and my face turns red. I reall hope it's anxiety. Thanks though!
