What a day will it ever go away

Well last night I started my new dosage on the meds today not so bad but am extremely tired ... Feel like I got hit with a Mack Truck .... Things being thrown from every angle .... I just want them to stop didn't start having the chest pains till about an hour ago and like I can't get enough air .... I want to cry and just let it out but I know it will just make the breathing harder for me

I feel for ya. What kind of music u like. I like to turn out the lights, put headphones on, listen to jack Johnson or something mellow and concentrate on taking deep breaths. Something I do when stressed.

I like all kinds of music no real favorite though I just need my brain to shut off so I will stop over thinking things even my meditation is not helping
