Is anyone afraid of change?

Sometimes I feel like if my depression goes away I will not be the same person...it may sound sadistic but sometimes I like feeling it because I have such a hard time expressing anger if the depression goes away and I still can't express anger what will my release be?

Yeah we are almost all like that. You will be the same exact person for sure. Just less plagued by sadness, low mood, energy, etc. Alankay

most people that are depressed most of their life are scared to be happy cause their comfort zone is with depression and the thought of being anything else is uncomfortable. u have to trust that you will be able to handle the unknown cause it's the only way we grow as a person. otherwise your depression will get stronger and u will dig a deeper hole for yourself.
