Sigh I've never felt this way before but bein in the car too long in traffic or sitting in my bedroom with the door closed I feel panicy. I will freeze just to not turn the heat on cuz I feel like I can breath. I now panic about summer approaching and the heat makin me feel like I can't breath. What if something happened like a zombie apocalypse happened Nd I didn't have access to my meds... -.-
