What do everyone suffer from,im suffering from bad health anxiety im at work but constantly hising in the toilette googling symtoms like a disconfort in the abdomial to see i could have all sorts : (

What sort of stomach problems are you experiency ?

Gastritis especially in the morning, severe nausea , lack of appetite, gas problems. I take protonix 40 mg twice a day

I no its a nuisanse i am sort of the same but i have stomach issues throughout the day but i lack eind in my case its harder to pass LOL.

My gastritis and nausea was so severe that I was not able to go to work last Oct and Nov for more than 1 month. It is causing me anxiety and panic esp the first 2 mos of taking zoloft I got all the side effects symptom can't sleep at all for more than 1 month

Also have gerd,fatty liver(mild),gingervitas(bad teeth) I'm a wreck,, I'm always worried I'm going to die I don't wanna even get out of bed :(

ADD... I can take 2 adderal and listen for 2 minutes. Then I stare off into space for a minute. In one ear out the other.

Yes I have passed out multiple times from it and panic attacks.

I have GAD, depression, insomnia(associated with severe night terrors), health obssesion and panic attacks. Not to mention I'm lactose intolerant and have a slight gluten allergy. :( None of which are fun and they all seem to work together to make everything worse.

I used to have panic disorder.. now it's more of a generalized anxiety off and on with social anxiety. Eating healthy foods and exercise/yoga improves everything for me.. Never perfect but maybe someday...

Gad with panic attacks. Always health related anxiety or anxiety about having panic attacks. Vicious cycle.
