Have to leave the house and cant!

Well...there is absolutely no way around it today...i have to leave the safely of my house to make a trip down the street to target. I've been dreading it ever since I woke up...I've been procrastinating all day. I'm scared to death I'm gonna be forced to talk to someone...and then have a panic attack in the midst right in front of them! Or god forbid run into someone I know.. *sigh* I'm waiting until it gets dark outside to go..I hope this is an easy trip when I get the nerve to do it.

Surprisingly enough it was a breeze. I freaked myself out over it all day long and for the most part it was painless....but I was never so happy to get the hell out of there still! lol

Good on you for getting out of the house!! It's hard but can be done.... Im also like you I have terrible trouble going anywhere.... Its a horrible thing to live with! Remember your not alone. Take care. Beverley :-)
