BP anxiety

As soon as i putt the blood pressure cuff on or i start thinking about it. I start to get anxiouse and my bp rises.... Then i freak out more. I dont know how to get past this one. Its a new issue in just the past 7 months :0/

There are many different ways to check your BP, why don't you look into that.
