dizzy from half a vicoden

dealing with sciatica so I took half of a 500mg vicoden-now feeling that it is triggering anxiety
feel dizzy and light headed-on edge.Will have to find alternative for pain.

I just had artheroscopic knee surgery and vicodin sent me into an anxiety attack too. Everyone said that vicodin would help me relax. And to be honest I was looking forward to the ''buzz'' but ended up wide awake and being on edge for a few hours. I guess vicodin is not for me.

have you tried any alternative pain meds and if so please tell me what your taking

I ended up just taking an anti-inflammatory....''voltaren'' and just rode out the pain. Back pain is a real mutha.. You should talk to your doc about some alternative pain meds.
