Please help

Ok so I was in the shower and I was washing my face with my eyes closed. When I opened them, I had this weird black shadowy thing in the upper corner of my left eye. It wasn't blocking my vision or anything but it was there. Kind of how you get the white balls in your eyes after a camera flash...but not so bad. It freaked me out because it kinda looked like a blob or giant spider legs ( I know that sounds crazy but that's what it reminded me of) anywho it went away after a while but I'm freaked out that it was a hallucination which adds to my fear of psychosis :( anyone else ever get this?

Well sometimes when I'm in the shower and I rub my eyes I get grey blots, and I have to refocus my eyes. Do you wear glasses?

That is just temporary when you were rubbing your eye you hit part of your optic nerve causing the temporary black spot. I get them a lot.

Ya especially when you get soap in your eyes and you keep rubbing.
