I'm reading a self help book and it doesn't really describe this symptom so I'm just wondering if anyone else gets it. I always get this feeling, espescally when I leabe the house that things dont feel right around me or that they just dont look or give me the same feelings that they used to in a way. It's such a wierd feeling and so hard to describe it makes me wonder if what I truly have is anxiety sometimes. Like everything just feels fake or like a dream? I've been feeling like this for a while now and its chronic, not only when I get panic attacks.
Also, I used to love music and legit couldn't drive anywhere without putting something on the radio, but lately it just seems like I have no interest in music?
