Can anxiety disorders lead to psychosis?

I've had anxiety/depression for more than twelve years, and I haven't went crazy yet! So even if we did lose our marbles we wouldn't know we did.

Definately agree. It's one thing we shouldn't worry about because if it did happen you wouldn't know it until it did. Lol

It can make you feel crazy at times but it doesn't cause mental psychosis!! Stop worrying you will be fine..... :-)
