After the initial 2 or 3 weeks of hell taking these guys, it seems to be finally doing the business :D

However I can get really moody/mildly aggressive which is totally uncharacteristic if me. I got this with citalopram too.

They also leave me quite tired.

Anyone else has similar problems/experiences? I take 20 mg BTW

Compared to not taking them the side effects are nothing in comparison with being paralysed from 6-8 full blown panic attacks a day, so I guess I can't really complain!

A friend of mine was on Paxil (same as Seroxat) for quite some time before switching to Lexapro last year. He experienced VERY similar side effects. The aggression was a REAL problem for him on the road. And it left him quite tired most of the time. Frankly, I have to wonder why your doctor chose this particular med for you, as Paxil does not have such a good reputation.
