I've been on Ativan for a year now daily. Was 1mg til about the last two months. Only taking .5 now before I goto bed. Haven't used them for panic attacks lately. I've decided to stop taking them altogether and keep the last few I have for panic attacks that get out of control. Figured it won't be that bad since I've only been on .5 for a while now. Hope so anyways.
