Im new to this site and im interested in meeting new people who suffer with anxiety

Hi There,

Im new to this site, and was wondering if there's any like minded people like myself who suffer from panic/anxiety attacks. I am 24 yr old female, living in the shailer park area, south of brisbane QLD Australia.

Yep, used to get panic attacks. Under control now but not way back when. I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder and some Social Anxiety as well. Welcome. Alankay.
