Does anyone else deal with effects from both? I was diagnosed with GAD in March 2012, Panic Disorder in November 2012, and Bi Polar II just this past week. I just want to know how everyone copes. You can tell me natural, integrated, or strictly pharmaceutical ways that you deal with this.
