m sure everybody agrees that even if you are not having a panic attack your mind is constantly moving at 1,000 miles per hour. Although I have healed my panic attacks I have annoying obsessive and intrusive thoughts now that are not getting any better. Its like my mind latches on to a thought and its annoying. Does anybody have a link to the cognitive behavioral therapy worksheets? I really want to try this out. I want to be 100% better before summer!
