Hi everyone! My name is Kristen. I've have general anxiety all my life.. I didn't realize what it was until I stared having panic attacks when I was 16.. And then at age 25 became agoraphobic... I will be 30 soon and still dealing with this crap.. I pretty much know alot of what there is to know just still trying to deal with getting rid of this darn disease... I love to talk with people who are looking for some advice and help with all this... Sometimes I'm the one that still needs help... I still have a long way to go but I've also come along way... Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself as I just found this site and I think its great!! Also, if anyone is just needing a person to talk to message me and Im always willing to talk :-) I may need the same from some of you also.... This disease SUCKS!!! Lets help each other kick its A$$
