Keep getting colds or flu which doesn't help with my anxiety

I just had the same thing happen to me... Got a huge cold and then my anxiety got worse... This always happens... Now im out of the "swing of things" and trying to get back into getting out there and getting stuff done. Dew to being in bed with a cold for about a week now I feel like I have to start all over again with the progress ive made... Ugh well not totally all over but I hate how a stupid little cold can set you back..
