Well as you may or not have seen these last years I've been quite anxious out of nowhere, it just comes and goes but I decided to go swimming 2 times a week and I started today at 8AM and it felt amazing, extremely relaxing... wish I could be there everyday :O

Thats great! Workouts for me are a great way to relax and serve as a distraction from my anxiety. Not to mention doing something healthy for your body too.

Exactly, I wish I could describe how I felt really, like I was filled with life somehow... a great sport for both mental and body :D

Exercise, exercise... EXERCISE.

It's proven to be one of the top activities to beat anxiety disorder, both for it's "feel good" and "distraction" qualities.
