Weird feeling when sitting..

Does anyone else get a really horrible lightheaded/faint feeling whilst sitting?
Mine seems to be worse when I have to sit and concentrate. Going out for meals sucks because of this

I try so hard saying to myself, nothing's ever happened ignore it. But it's all I can focus on and so it escalates and escalates. I can't concentrate in meeting or anything for that matter!!!!

The thing is to know that feeling dizzy or lightheaded may be uncomfortable but it cant hurt you..
