Thought I would post this question to see how some of you have been successful dealing with guilt from things you have done in the past.
My current girlfriend is having a tough time dealing with losing custody of her children. Her x husband goes out of his way to make her life miserable.
She has been clean from being addicted to Xanax and alcohol for several years and really has her life on track now. She still suffers some from anxiety but for the most part has it under control. How did you deal with your guilt ?
