I'm new to this site. Im actually using the iPad app, so i dont know if i can upload a picture, or write a bio/about me page...

So! After 6 years of anxiety, specifically a social phobia, i thought, what's the worst that can happen talking to people going through the same thing as me? So don't run away and say hey.

Welcome. Just joined last night and been dealing with anxiety for 12 years that I know of. I've already found this to be useful and also is nice to have th app on my iPhone so I can view anytime. I found its nice and somewhat calming to hear other stories since with anxiety and panic attacks it makes you feel so alone.
