Does anybody know if medication can actually make it worse? I'm on Zoloft...my panic attacks stopped but I still have everyday anxiety, not sure what to do

I'm on the same med and my panic attacks have stopped also, but I still get increased anxiety around the start of my menstrual cycle.

Yes I have the same problem it's always worse around the time, not sure what to do...

I don't think its much you can do during that time....I just kind of recognize it for what it is, and try to keep super busy or exercise a lot....both of those usually help the anxious feelings not take over.
I do have a prescription for generic xanax, but I only take it if I REALLY need it.
