I feel so ill, lost and frightened, nothing is ever going to be right for me again, can't snap out of it, meds not helping

I feel the same way at the moment. Nothing seems to be helping at all. I want to get better more than anything & am trying so much.
What medication are you on?

Dosulepin 175 mg, Citalopram 20mg, diazepam 20mg 3 times a day x

It's awful when you feel this way isn't it, thankfully the days I have like this aren't as often as they used to be but I sure do still have days like it wish anxiety would just bugger off xx.
