Apparently, a new study suggests that most anxiety sufferers are so because they think too much about the past and the future.

I can relate to this and you probably can too?

So... start thinking about the "NOW" folks - it might help you.

Then fix it dear lyzer, dear lyzer, dear lyzer! FIX IT!

You been putting cutlery & your pet cat in it again!?

Washing machines are actually quite basic. All parts are usually easily replaceable - even the motor.
The digital ones can be a pain though, thats why its always best to go for the simple mechanical ones with just a dial & a GO button.

I can relate as well. I'm always focusing on the past. I wish there was a machine which could erase selected memories.

I totally agree, this is my problem too. Anxiety makes it a challenge to live in the moment in many ways.
