I am 22 years old and always been a happy and outgoing person never shy, then lots of stressful times must have became too much and bang I'm stuck with this thing called anxiety, that i wouldn't wish on my worse enemy.
There was so much I didn't know and lots I thought I did know, until I found this. Just by reading other people's experiences has made me realise just how silly I have been thinking all these things happening to me were gonna finish me, there not its just the a word.
Moral of my story is this shows a problem shared does really help, keep talking people and anyone who wishes to talk to me I am always open for a chat as I really know what your all going through.
