People that don't understand what we go through on a daily basis, and want us just to "snap out of it" need to live a week in our shoes.
I would never wish this disorder to my worse enemy, but I'm tired of people saying that it's all in our heads, yes it's all in our head but the feelings and fears and physical symptoms are all real. The fear, the impending doom feeling is very debilitating, and for people that don't comprehend this I would like for them to live a week in our shoes.
If we think and look back at what we with these disorders accomplish on a daily basis, we should consider ourselves super human.
