This happen to anyone else?

Just had a panic attack but this time I actually got really sick. I got really dizzy and pretty much puked my guts out.
This only happens occasionally to me but I'm curious if anyone has this happen to them?

I get an upset stomach, constipation, and gasy a lot. It's really frustrating and annoying

Yeah ive lost my eppetite for a while and when i try n et a meal it has been known to make me wanna be sick or onactualy be sick and i to have verious toiletts changes lol
